Texin (Xiamen) Technology Co., Ltd. specializes in the design and development, manufacturing and processing of plastic molds, aluminum alloy and zinc alloy molds, as well as injection molding supporting services.The existing plant covers an area of 2400 square meters and has more than 20 technical employees. Products include electronic control products, electronic products, sanitary products, auto parts, sports equipment, medical, audio-visual and small home appliances and other precision molds and plastic products. With an annual output of more than 200 sets of molds, it is divided into mold factories and injection molding factories.
The mold factory has a large-scale Baide high-speed machining center (MV184) imported from Taiwan, precision deep hole drilling (DH1300), Taiwan Yongjin high-speed CNC, Janssen high-speed engraving machine, Mirrordick mirror spark machine (CNC-EDMAM80), TOPEDM Taiwan Taiwan One spark machine.15-20 people are the backbone of design, programming and other business technology.
The injection molding factory has 120T-260T, 8 small and medium-sized injection molding machines, and 8 to 10 key personnel such as injection molding and quality.
